Payment is due in full on the day services are provided. To make the process as simple as possible, we offer several convenient ways to pay.
Payments Accepted
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check.
*A convenience fee of 3% will be added to the total amount for all credit card transactions. Debit card, HSA, FSA, cash, and check transactions are not subject to convenience.
Insurance
Stone Barn Dentistry is in-network with Delta Dental. We also work with out-of-network dental insurance plans and are happy to file claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
Please note:
- Insurance reimbursement is determined by your provider
- Any portion not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility
- Reimbursements for out-of-network claims are sent directly to the patient when applicable
